ProCut offers extensive expertise in MDF cutting and sheet cutting whether for bulk or small orders.In particular, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology for CNC cutting and CNC routing. This means we are able to offer a CNC Machining and cutting service; processing rigid sheet materials including cutting to size Perspex, Lexan, Makrolon, Plexiglas as well as MDF, wood and non ferrous metals.

We take a flat sheet, machine it to shape with holes, apertures, rebates, V grooves as necessary. A good example would be a leaflet holder that starts life as a clear panel of Perspex that we cut to shape or size after which a plastics fabricator hot line bends it into shape.

Our forte is “volume and intricate” - volume because two of our machines have a unique clamping system that enables each machine to cut 10 or 20 components at a time and intricate because the machines are very accurate and the vacuum bed machines generate sufficient suction to hold down small components.
